OK mostly. Reviews are public, and perhaps occasional picspams, too but everything else is locked.

Comment to be added.

I'm sorry but I can't shut up about that fandom but I have to talk again about the new Russian version but their version of the siege of La Rochelle is epic and every bit as ridiculous as it should be. Seriously, if Dumas could have imagined film and television I bet he would have wanted this scene to be filmed exactly like this.

Have I mentioned how ridiculous it is?Collapse )

So this is the trailer for a web-series-Three Musketeers-prequel that will start this spring.
Synopsis:

As Athos arrives in Paris, on the run from his tragic past, a chain of events leads him to the other Musketeers, and into an adventure that will seal their fates as brothers and heroes for the rest of their lives.

Aha.
I am slightly confused because Milady is also on the cast list so there will either be lots of flashbacks, she will fuck shit up without ever meeting the three or they will say 'screw canon' and ignore that in TTM Athos has no idea that Milady is still alive.
It certainly looks nice (ehem... the cast looks nice) but the three actors don't really look much like I usually imagine the three Musketeers but that probably won't stop me from checking it out once it has started.

Today Bibliodaze went online. A site about books and everything book-related. I am telling you this because I'm one of the contributers and I already wrote a short piece on The Rivals of Sherlock Holmes. (Article includes mention of a slash-fanfiction play about Bunny and Raffles...if that did not make you want to check it out I don't know what will).
Also coming up somewhen in the future: an article on weird books about Jack the Ripper

On a related note: Bibliodaze is a young site and always looking for guest-contributers, so if there's something you always wanted to write about (even if it's "just" a review of something) get in touch with them.

Fandom: Tatort Erfurt
Charaktere: Henry Funk, Maik Schaffert
Pairing: n/a zumindest nichts explizites
